Our growing software company needs a reliable, organized Office Assistant. A successful candidate will have to work efficiently with little or no supervision The job will include working with Microsoft office(Word, excel, powerpoint, teams). The candidate will be the first point of contact in the organization and will have a positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Greet clients upon arrival and provide the information requested
- Perform Basic admin duties
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received
- Assist in preparing drafts for presentations, demos, and webinars.
- Business leads generations, Tele-marketing and handling phone calls
- Support management as needed
Qualification and Skills:
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate candidate preferred.
- Relevant Experience: 0 to 2 Years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office(PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and other office productivity tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Social media tools
- Able to work independently
